Social Security laws and regulations are complex. Not everyone who is unable to work is eligible for benefits under the law. Those who are eligible may face a long hard battle to win their benefits. We apply the law to the facts of your case to help you make the determination of whether you are eligible for benefits under the law. If so, Arkansas Social Security Disability attorney Fritzie Moore Vammen is ready to listen, ready to help and ready to win your case.
We know that the outcome is crucial to those who are no longer able to work. If you are no longer able to work, you and your family will likely experience additional difficulties such as financial worries and inability to afford medical treatment. We take your concerns very seriously, and we strive to resolve your claim in the most favorable manner possible.
Attorney Fritzie Vammen has been practicing almost exclusively in Social Security law since 1986. She began clerking for the Federal Courts researching Social Security Disability Appeal cases in 1982. Our attorney knows how to gather and obtain evidence, analyze legal issues and present your case and prevail. She will appeal it all the way to federal court if necessary.

Fritzie Vammen’s Approach to Successful SSDI Claims
We offer free initial consultations. Successful representation is a team approach. You provide the facts of your case. The attorney will evaluate the facts and the law and provide you with her opinion as to whether or not you have a meritorious claim that should be pursued. If your claim is meritorious, and you desire to have Fritzie Vammen represent you in your claim, you will enter into a fee agreement contract (25% of back benefits if we win your claim) for representation. In addition to the facts that you provide, and the legal analysis by the attorney, your case will require an analysis of the medical evidence.
Our office will make sure that your current relevant medical evidence is available for the Social Security’s Administrative Law Judge before he makes a decision. Additionally we will make sure that the medical evidence in your case is evaluated, summarized and presented to the Administrative Law Judge in a legally cogent and persuasive manner.
Denied Benefits Appeals
Fritzie Vammen will advocate for a successful outcome in your Social Security Disability (SSD), Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Veterans Compensation or Pension benefits claim. She has extensive experience and a high success rate at the appellate level. If necessary, she will appeal your claim to federal court. Attorney Vammen welcomes referrals from other attorneys who do not represent clients at the Appeals Council or Federal Court levels. There are 60 days from the date of denial to appeal. Send a copy of the decision and a copy of the evidence from the SSA electronic file. Attorney Vammen will analyse the appeal prospects and respond to accept or decline representation in 10 business days. If the decision is reversed on appeal, the attorney who represented the claimant at the prior level will be notified to petition for fees for his/her time in the case.
